Our pre-screened full time nannies work 35 hours or more per week to provide personalized childcare for your children. You have the option of employing a live – in or live out nanny. Live in nannies reside in your family home while live-out nannies usually work from morning to evening. We interview hundreds of nannies before we select and refer the ones who are most compatible with your needs.
When you need childcare for less than 35 hours a week, we find and refer the best nannies to meet your unique needs. Part time nannies are ideal for before and after school care, care for 2-3 days a week, or evening child care. Our part time nannies undergo the same meticulous screening process before we present them for your assessment.
Temporary Nannies will care and nurture your children on a short term basis of 90 days or less. This service is helpful for short term child care needs during school breaks or when you are still trying to identify a long term child care solution. Our temporary nannies are carefully selected to ensure your peace of mind.
For weddings, concerts, conventions, we provide delightful pre – screened care givers for your children and children of your guests. With adult – only events, guests are encouraged to attend when they know that their children will receive professional care right at the venue. We work with you and the venue staff to establish security procedures and provide age appropriate activities and entertainment.
Church Care: To complement care for children at church, we partner with churches in our community to provide dependable and committed caregivers to provide care and engaging age appropriate activities. We interview and select the best – fit for your church family.
Hotel Care: Our qualified pre screened, nannies can provide excellent in – room / in hotel care for your children at your hotel when you are visiting from out – of – state and need to attend to business
Our Nanny Placement Process
Our placement process is structured and designed to provide you with an exceptional experience. Register now to find your qualified nanny!
Step 1 - Registration
We invite you to start the search for your competent nanny by registering with Care Haven Nannies. Once you register by completing and submitting our Family Registration Form we begin your nanny search process.
Step 2 - Pre-Placement Consultation
When we receive your registration, you will receive a call from our placement consultant who will conduct an in-depth consultation to understand your priorities and preferences. You will also receive information about the placement timeline at this time.
Step 3 - Candidate Assessment
We will provide you with profiles of nannies pre-qualified for your review and assessment. We will highlight the nannies' qualities that may address your needs.
Step 4 - Candidate Interviews
Our placement consultant will follow up with you to obtain feedback on the candidates you assessed. We will arrange for you to interview the candidates you select for interview. We can also arrange for an in-person nanny trial and observation depending on the placement package you select.
Step 5 - Job Offer
When you have decided on the nanny to hire, you will inform our placement consultant and make a job offer to the nanny. With the nanny's acceptance we will help you create an offer, agreement, and guide you through the hiring process.
Step 6 - Placement Follow up and Support
We will check in with you 4-8 weeks after the placement to ensure your complete satisfaction with the nanny you selected. To ensure your complete satisfaction with your nanny, we offer an post- placement nanny replacement according to the placement package you chose.
Our Full-time and Part-time Nanny Placement Packages and Fees
The minimum placement fee for full-time Nannies is $1000 and $850 for part-time nannies. Once the nanny accepts your job offer, the placement fee is due to Care Haven Nannies. Please call or email our office directly additional information on fees for Temporary, Event, Church and Hotel care.
Standard Package
Placement Fee: Equivalent to three times the nanny's gross weekly pay- One - time $100 registration fee
